Our son is a bright young man and is engaged in his academics at a high level, committed to his hockey development and very socially interactive. We could not have asked for more as parents. As any developing person, he has questions about life in general and what type of person he is becoming and importantly, what type of person he wants to become. As these values, beliefs and body changes occur, the child parent relationship is challenged at all levels. My wife and I NEEDED HELP!
I have known Jenn on a business and personal level now for a few years. I don’t know too many folks that are as impressive as she is. Her talents and experience cross over into so many aspects of life. The way in which she provides direction is subtle but has pin point accuracy. Jenn affords young people the ability to create a path for development in all areas of life. I know of two other families that have benefited from Jenn and SPHERE and one of which is currently attending USC on a full ride thanks in part to Jenn and he commitment to our youth.
Some of the short term changes we have enjoyed as a family is our son is more engaged with the family and doesn’t sit in his room playing Xbox, on the computer, texting or watching TV. He still does these activities but clearly makes an effort to be an active participant with the family. He also obtained an internship on his own. I gave him a few phone numbers and at the start of summer he started his internship in marketing. He has stated his commitment to his academics for this up and coming Junior and senior year as he believes these are the critical years for college admission. Moreover, he has a ton more confidence and ability the to handle his business like a mature, emotionally stable adult. Sometime I wonder who the kid is and who is the adult. Well done and certainly more to come. Thanks Jenn and SPHERE.
